The 531X135PRGAYM2 is an optional programmer module designed for the DC300 200-800 HP system from General Electric.  This module can be mounted to the control card or it can be used as a hand-held programmer.   While the 531X135PRGAYM2 was originally manufactured by General Electric it is no longer available through the OEM.  It is typically still available through AX Control stock. 

The 531X135PRGAYM2 is a small board weighing approximately 0.33 pounds before any addition of packing or boxing materials for shipment.   The unit carries the General Electric logo, various codes including its 531x part number, and an alternate F31x part number, along with reference designators to allow for easy identification of mounted components.   These include a 10-digit fluorescent display, several jumper switches, integrated circuits, resistor network arrays, resistors, and transistors. 

The board is designed to operate in three specific modes.  This includes an operating mode to run the drive, a parameter mode for the examination of changes, and a diagnostic mode to monitor drive values and access drive tests.
