About IC693TCM302B

The IC693TCM302 temperature control module allows the users to choose either the automatic operating mode or the manual operating mode, depending on the requirements of the application for which it is used. This component also has 12 LED indicators for thermocouple status updates and they provides information about faults such as reverse polarity faults and open-circuit faults.  


The IC693TCM302 module has an output voltage range of 18 to 30 Volts DC and a load current of 100 milliAmps. In addition to that, the unit has a voltage rating of 18 to 36 Volts DC when it is used with an external power supply. The unit has an internal power rating of 150 milliAmps at a voltage of 5 Volts DC and it has a maximum off-state leakage current of 0.1 milliAmps.
