The IC693CPU351 CPU is supported by the Logicmaster 90- 30, microprogramming and configuration software that is release version 6.0 and later and the control programming and configuration software that is release version 2.0 and later. 

The IC693CPU351 supports a large quantity of I/O specifically, 2048 Discrete Input points (%I); 2048 Discrete output points (%Q) and analog I/O words that varies depending on the software used however, the maximum configurable analog I/O is 32, 640 Words, each. Other internal register quantities available to this CPU are 1280 bits of binary global memory; 4096 bits of memory coils; 256 bits of temporary output coils.
