The 1756-IM16I has a screw to backplane input delay time when going from an off to on state, and vice versa. From 'off' to 'on', the input delay time is the hardware delay of 10 milliseconds max plus the input filter time (user-selectable at 1 or 2 milliseconds), while from 'on' to 'off', it is the hardware delay time of 8 milliseconds max plus the input filter time (user-selectable at 9 or 18 milliseconds).
The 1756-IM16I is an AC digital input module. It has 16 individually isolated inputs, per point isolation, and you can configure a change of state and the input filter times. Compatible with the 1756 ControlLogix chassis, it requires either the 1756-TBS6H or 1756-TBCH 36-pin removable terminal block housing (RTB) to connect it to the chassis. |
