The 1747-KFC15 has two connection ports. There are RS-232C serial port and network access port. The RS-232C serial port provides half duplex and full duplex compatibility. Both communicate with the serial port on your SLC500 processor. The network access port connects the ControlNet programming terminal to this module. This is for full network access without interrupting the cable wiring.
The 1747-KFC15 is configurable with the DIP and rotary buttons in the module. This module is open equipment. It must be installed in its enclosure during operation for providing safety protection. This module has an operating temperature of 32-140° F. The storage temperature of this module is from –40-185° F. |
