An accelerator interface module is a part of accelerometer-based transducer systems, which are frequently used to monitor the vibration of gas turbines and aero-derivative generators. The interface module is intended to be used with the 3300/95 Filter Module/Vibration Monitor from the Bently Nevada 3300 series. 

The 6th order low pass and 6th order high pass filters used in the interface module are cascaded and have a Butterworth response. Filter corner frequencies are not field configurable and are chosen at ordering. The corner frequencies are typically selected to pass the vibration component at each rotor's rotational speed while rejecting higher and lower frequency signals that could be caused by structural resonances or blade passings.
